Hi, I'm Shahar Barkai.

A few words about me:

I’ve been leading GTM and digital strategies in the cyber industry for a few years, and overall I’ve been leading digital and growth roles with a proven track record for over +15 years.

My past leadership roles include: 2X VP global growth, GM, CMO, and Senior Director of demand gen and growth, at hyper-paced startups / midsize companies, and have provided consultancy to several startups as well.

Two companies were acquired (Perimeter 81, SaferVPN) and two are at the hyper-growth 8 digits ARR stage.

I have led the full GTM cycle of teams - marketing, demand gen, PPC, SEO, SDRs,  data analysts, operations (CRM/ marketing automation), design, content, etc...

A few words about you? (A little about marketing leadership roles at cyber)

With so many events to attend (the usuals: RSA, Infosec, Black-hat, Cyber-tech, etc..), and with loads of product marketing content to produce, we as marketers, still need to deliver demand-gen ARR, sometimes this becomes a bit overwhelming and our demand gen gets neglected, and we just wish we had more resources.

In the cyber industry, it is common to see marketing leaders (up to round C usually), saying that they're suffering from limited resources they need to achieve "everything" altogether. We all have experienced high pressure & pace, having to juggle multiple projects in parallel, and meeting high expectations from our marketing team, all this while still hitting goals.

We now see a trend (not sure if *you* did, but many others have):  CPLs become too high, LinkedIn becomes too expensive, lead nurturing does not convert to a sale too well, and companies try their luck with Google advertising but most of them are lacking the expertise needed to manage these accounts successfully.

How can you benefit OR how can I assist you to succeed?

I have been dealing with these situations as a normal day-to-day routine in the past decade - and the good news is that there are ways to manage this successfully and hit your growth goals.

I have encountered many situations where companies, if they had the relevant expertise in their team, could grow faster with their current budget and resources - a lot of it depends on how their demand gen GTM and ad accounts are set up.

So in case you have a need in one of the options below:

  1. Expand your demand gen capabilities to hit goals

  2. Plan to grow your digital marketing results to hit goals

  3. Need assistance with marketing automation and CRM

  4. Want a general marketing/data/GTM consultation

I invite you to schedule a quick intro call with me now.

We will have an opportunity to connect and have an open discussion with no commitments about growing your business and goals.

Regardless, let’s connect on Linkedin and stay in touch!
